Watching or doing any of these things will not help you achieve an early to bed.
I decided to watch a movie that basically was people (girls) getting kidnapped and chopped into pieces. (yes very wholesome viewing lol) I've also watch many many episodes of my favorite show "I Survived". The combination of the two don't help whatsoever with going to bed without feeling like someone's in the house. lol I usually fall asleep or get tired around 9:30pm and fall asleep shortly after I lay my head on the pillow. Last night...I went to bed at 2:30 in the morning. Jay wasn't home...Brodie was on his meds and zonked out so I felt helpless in this "scenario" that was playing in my head. I was going to close my eyes and open them to a man standing over the bed and then he'd chop me up. Nice, right? I'm dumb...i'll say it. O'well....lesson learned.
I wonder if there's a re-run of ghost hunters on tonight? Hehehehe ;)
